Community Calendar

The Peninsula Resource Group,LLC has developed an internet online regional community calendar to serve the Virginia Peninsula Communities of Hampton, Poquoson, Newport News, York County, Williamsburg and James City County. The regional calendar is operational at www.VPRC.org .

  Example}Concept: The VPRC Master Calendar reflects events planned for a specific date or range of dates. Events may be posted by only a Subscribed Organization. Each Subscriber will be able to post and manage only their events without charge. A password is required for each Subscriber to post events. Each Subscriber Organization is responsible for the accuracy and content of their postings.
• Professional Content: The Peninsula Resource Group, LLC and its Sponsors will not tolerate any foul language or bogus postings, nor will they bear any liability for incorrect postings. Any misuse by a Subscriber’s Organization will result in its password privileges being revoked.
• Event Registration: A Subscriber may post any or all of the following information for each event.

  Filters}Subscription Fees: A modest annual subscription fee of $40.00 will provide your organization with its online password and link to your homepage.
• <Subscribers Responsibilities: The Subscriber is responsible to make certain all listings are creditable and factually accurate. The Peninsula Resource Group, LLC is not liable for any false listings as this responsibility has been subrogated to the responsibility of each subscriber. No listings for any individual or organization other than the subscribers’ organization are authorized by The Peninsula Resource Group, LLC. If unauthorized listings are posted the subscribers privileges will be revoked.
• Sponsorship: The Virginia Peninsula Regional Calendar (VPRC.org) is being provided through Sponsorships from several community-minded organizations that recognize the value of having a regional events calendar. The VPRC.org calendar is designed for non-profits to use in an attempt to reduce overlapping scheduling of events within the region. A Sponsorship is valued at $2,500 per year and each Sponsor receives a logo link to their website, individualized sub-calendar and recognition in all advertising and correspondence.

  Search}Personalized & Individualized Calendars: The VPRC.org can provide organizations with an online calendar within their website or an online calendar if they do not have a website. Each Subscriber can post operational meetings on its calendar and then link public events to the Master Regional Calendar.
• Individualized Organizational Calendars: are available for $500. An individualized Calendar is password protected within the Client’s organization. Items can be listed only on the Client’s calendar or can be displayed on both the Client’s calendar and the Virginia Peninsula Regional Calendar from within the Client’s calendar.
• Terms: All financial arrangements are payable upon approval of the sponsor's advertisement and in advance of posting to the internet. This is to insure the quality of each sponsor or advertiser's copy.
• Disclaimer: Any postings on the Virginia Peninsula Community Calendar are the sole responsibility of the subscription client.
