Program Review & Development
Program Review: Each program is reviewed both in concept and financial capacity to determine its need, production and acceptance by the membership or community. Recommendations are provided for enhancements to existing programs and ideas for possible new programs that are founded on a solid financial footing.
Development Strategies: By use of brainstorming sessions, strategies are developed that can be turned into productive programs. The financial requirements are identified and are included in the model for development.
