Mission & Vision Statements
Strategic Planning: This involves the review of current operations and the development of future goals & objectives. In general, a period of review is followed by a lively brainstorming session which is concluded with a vote and ranking for the most critical issues.
Mission Statements: We provide review of current operations and the development of a new mission. The mission conveys the need for the organization and its ability to provide for the community.
Vision Statements: In many organizations this is nothing more than a goal setting activity. However, for it to be effective, a vision statement needs to convey the dream for the future not how to get there.
