Clyde Hoey, President of The Resource Group, conducted an effective day long meeting with the Board of the Petersburg Chamber. He led discussions that developed our new mission statement, provided program reviews, and established a new board of governance that has been adopted by our Chamber. Following his day of work, Clyde presented in person a written summary of the retreat at our next Executive Committee meeting. Today, we are continuing to see many benefits from having him work with our Chamber’s board. We see Clyde as a valuable resource for additional assistance and proven ideas.
